Hi I’m Reiko, owner of Fulfill Pilates Studio in Tokyo.
I’m now launching Online Pilates Classes via Zoom. I can conduct the classes both in English and in Japanese, and both Private and Group classes are available.

1st: 8:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays
2nd: 19:00 on weekdsys

Please prepare
If you have Yoga ball and Flex-band/Theraband, please have them next to you.Those may used if all members also have them.

●Mini ball or cushion
●Dumbbell about 5lbs or 2L’s plastic bottle
●2 light hand weights or 500ml’s plastic bottles
●Sports towel or yoga strap

Please complete the payment at least an hour before the class.

Cancellation Policy
100% fee will be charged for the cancellation within 24hours of the booking time.
I hope I can meet you all from oversea and share the time together enjoying exercise. Let’s get through this hard time together.
